Wonderful Afternoon

Justus and I spent a wonderful afternoon sitting on our balcony. We had great weather and enjoyed eating both our lunch and dinner there! Maybe you should think about coming to visit us!

Blue & Gold

This last week I felt super crazy. My cubmaster works crazy hours at a hospital and we're "currently" without a 2nd Counselor in our Primary presidency. I spent the first half of the week preparing for the Blue and Gold Banquet and the rest of the week recovering from it! Here are some pictures to document my decorations. I basically wrapped all whole bunch of random boxes (cereal, cake mixes, stuffing, pringles cans, etc) in blue and yellow paper. I think it turned out pretty cool considering the little that I spent on them. Also, they're going to be used again by another ward and so I feel like I'm "helping" the environment. I also used some of the extra wrapping paper to cut out a Scout Badge. The Wolf Den put together paper chains to help with the decorations and I think the whole cultural hall looked great!

The kids were very curious as to what I put inside the boxes. They kept shaking them and telling me that there was something inside. I didn't want to tell them because I had put leftover Halloween candy in them to give the boxes stability!

For Christmas I decided to be adventurous and make my sister a purse with some adorable Amy Butler fabric. I took pictures to document my adventures :)
