Halloween

Halloween was very anticlimatic this year. We have lots of kids in our apartment complex and yet we had no trick or treaters for our five bags of candy. Our neighbors even had "Please no trick or treaters" signs posted on their doors. Justus, however was wonderful. I was deeply saddened at having no trick or treaters stop by. While we were watching something on the tv, he snuck into the bathroom and put a towell around his neck. I soon heard a knock at the bathroom door. KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK To my surprise I found the cutest Superman trick or treater on his knees asking for candy. Needless to say, he made me smile! I love my husband!

New Kitchen Table

We finally bought a kitchen table! After months of searching and deliberation we bought a kitchen table from IKEA. We love it!!!  Sitting on the barstools and couch was fun, but it is really nice to be able to sit at a table and have dinner.   Plus, I think the missionaries will also appreciate being able to put their plates on a hard surface :)
